"HEALTH IS WEALTH"

Mahatma Gandhiji had very good Health habits.

He advised to take two lemons per day. Its better to squeeze lemon on vegetables or to take fresh lemon juice in hot or warm water.

All fruits we get on particular seasons is good to eat them daily. Eating fruits on early morning fives freshness.

Banana which is rich in starch is a very good substitute for chapati. Milk with Banana is a good combination.

People who don't do much physical work should avoid taking pulses in large quantities as they do not have strong digestive power. They can very well afford fruits and milk which are easily digestible.

Digestion starts from mouth. It is the place where the starch is broken down by the saliva. So it is very important that we chew the food and eat. But we dip the chapati in side dish and make it soft and swallow it very fast. This does not favor
proper digestion. So, it is better we don't dip food which is rich in starch. Saliva plays an important role in digestion. So, chewing and eating is good for health.
